Celestalink

About

Technology should make businesses easier to operate, not harder to manage.

Celestalink is an engineering-led technology partner. We work with growing service businesses on the systems behind capacity, cost, and execution.

What we are here to do

Growing firms rarely need another tool for its own sake. They need the operation to carry more work. That might mean custom software, a connection between systems they already pay for, automation of a repetitive process, or AI applied to a defined task.

The technology follows the problem. We implement what we recommend, and we stay specific about what was delivered.

Inquiries are read by Karim. The first conversation is about the operation, not a presentation.

The approach

  1. 01

    Understand the operation

The workflow, the systems, and the constraint come before a technical proposal.

  2. 02

    Identify the opportunity

We look for the change with a practical effect on capacity, cost, or execution.

  3. 03

    Design the system

The design follows the way the business works, including the tools that should stay.

  4. 04

    Implement the solution

We build the software, the integration, the automation, or the focused use of AI.

  5. 05

    Measure and improve

Success is judged against the objective that was agreed, then the system is tightened.

Karim Hammad

Founder

Celestalink was founded on a simple belief: technology should make businesses easier to operate, not more complicated. With a background in software engineering and experience building custom business platforms, Karim focuses on systems that support sustainable growth.

Karim Hammad is a software engineer and the founder of Celestalink, focused on helping businesses improve operations through custom software, automation, and intelligent systems.

With a background in Computer Science and experience developing internal business platforms, he has worked on workflow management, reporting, system integrations, and custom applications. Before founding Celestalink, he contributed to internal software systems at Continental.

His philosophy is straightforward: understand how the business operates, identify what is slowing it down, and build the systems that help it move forward.

Technology should solve problems, not create new ones.

Every business operates differently. The goal isn’t to introduce automation everywhere or replace every existing tool. It’s to understand what matters, remove unnecessary complexity, and build systems that deliver practical value.
